Privacy Notice

The RayaOS public website is operated by Pixelity FZC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Pixelity FZC is responsible for deciding why and how personal data submitted through this website is used. RayaOS is the product name used on this website.

Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to support@rayaos.com. Please use the subject “RayaOS privacy request” and do not send identity documents unless we ask for a proportionate verification step.

Ordinary browsing

The website is designed to work without an account. It does not use advertising pixels, session replay, behavioral profiling or non-essential analytics cookies. Like most internet services, hosting and security systems process request metadata such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security events.

Demo enquiries

If the enquiry form is enabled, it asks for your name, work email, brokerage, optional role and team size, the workflow you want to improve, consent to be contacted and limited campaign-attribution fields.

Technical delivery information

Cloudflare processes request and anti-abuse signals to host, deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and validates its token on the server before accepting personal information. Turnstile may use strictly necessary storage or signals for bot detection; it is not used by RayaOS for advertising.

Information not requested

Do not submit customer records, identification documents, financial information, credentials, listing documents, special-category information or confidential brokerage data through the public form. The website is intended for business contacts aged 18 or older.

Responding to your request

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare a relevant demo or commercial discussion and take steps you request before any service agreement. The form asks for your explicit consent to this contact. You can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Security and administration

We process limited technical information to prevent abuse, secure the website, diagnose delivery failures and maintain an auditable enquiry record. We may also process or preserve information where necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or protect the rights and security of visitors and the service.

No automated decisions

The website does not use enquiry information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Limited recipients

Access is limited to RayaOS team members responsible for enquiries and providers needed to host, secure, store and deliver them. We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party advertising.

The configured website, anti-abuse, database and form-delivery provider is Cloudflare. A successful enquiry is stored in a dedicated website lead database and sent to one verified shared support inbox. It is not written into the RayaOS CRM product or customer tenant data.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides global network, Worker, D1, Turnstile and email-delivery services. Depending on the service and purpose, Cloudflare may act as a processor for Pixelity FZC and may separately process limited security signals as described in its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. This can involve processing outside the UAE under Cloudflare’s contractual and security safeguards.

Retention

Website enquiry records in D1 are configured for automatic deletion after 90 days. Enquiry email may be deleted sooner when resolved or retained for the same period under the inbox procedure. Limited information may be kept longer only where reasonably necessary to document an opt-out, investigate abuse, comply with law or establish or defend legal claims. Cloudflare retains network and security records according to its applicable service policies.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also object to further direct contact.

Email support@rayaos.com with enough information to identify the enquiry. We may ask for proportionate verification, will respond within the period required by applicable law, and will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full. You may raise a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority.

We use measures appropriate to this limited website workflow, including HTTPS, server-side validation, anti-abuse checks, restricted provider access, redacted logs, delivery-state records and scheduled deletion. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data incident creates a notification duty, we will notify the competent authority and affected people as required. We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
