Terms of Use
These terms apply to the public RayaOS marketing website and requests for product information or a demo.
Effective and last updated: 12 July 2026
Important boundary
This website is not the RayaOS product service.
Product access, implementation scope, commercial terms, data processing and service commitments require a separate written agreement.
Pixelity FZC, Dubai, UAE.#
RayaOS is a product of Pixelity FZC. References to “RayaOS,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Pixelity FZC as the website operator.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@rayaos.com.
Information, not a service commitment.#
The website explains RayaOS, its product workflows and its commercial approach. Content can change as the product, services and public information change. Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice.
Illustrations, sample conversations, interface mockups and workflow diagrams do not represent live customer data and do not guarantee that a capability, integration, result or timeline applies to every implementation. Evaluate the agreed scope and service terms for your organisation.
A request does not create an agreement.#
Submitting an enquiry asks RayaOS to contact you about the product and possible implementation. It does not reserve capacity, create a licence, establish fixed pricing or create a confidential, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship.
Product access begins only after both parties agree the scope, responsibilities, data boundary, security measures, support, commercial terms and exit conditions in a separate written service agreement.
Use the website lawfully and respectfully.#
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful content.
We can restrict access to protect the website, visitors, systems or legal rights.
RayaOS content remains protected.#
The website, brand, design, text, software, graphics and other content are owned by Pixelity FZC or used with permission. You can view and share links to public pages for legitimate evaluation and reference.
You cannot reproduce, sell, license, modify or create derivative commercial material from the website without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Context does not mean endorsement.#
The website can refer to portals, messaging platforms, regulators, government services or other third parties to explain real estate workflows. Those references do not claim affiliation, approval, certification or integration.
Third-party services have their own terms, policies and availability. Verify any dependency in the written implementation scope.
Information you choose to send.#
You retain ownership of information you submit. You confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you can provide it, and that it does not contain prohibited confidential or third-party personal data.
You permit Pixelity FZC and its service providers to use the submission only to respond, prepare a relevant commercial discussion, operate and secure the enquiry workflow, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice.
A limited public website.#
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelity FZC disclaims implied warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We can change, suspend or withdraw website content or access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelity FZC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this free public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that mandatory law gives you.
UAE law and the competent Dubai courts.#
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes related to this website, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
